Perinjanam Grama Panchayat envisions a secure society that guarantees equal opportunities and a high standard of living for all sections of people by conserving natural resources and leveraging modern technology.

Mission

To realize the Panchayat's vision, the mission is primarily focused on the following key areas:

• Infrastructure Development: Ensure excellent roads, availability of clean drinking water, street lighting, and an efficient drainage system.
• Health and Sanitation: Make primary healthcare facilities accessible to everyone. Implement scientific waste management projects with the goal of achieving a 'Waste-Free Perinjanam'.
• Education and Culture: Modernize public schools and utilize digital technology. Promote local art and cultural activities.
• Agriculture and Rural Development: Spread modern farming techniques while encouraging traditional agricultural practices. Popularize dairy development and organic farming.
• Women Empowerment and Social Welfare: Elevate the economic and social status of women through systems like Kudumbashree. Formulate special welfare schemes for differently-abled individuals, senior citizens, and the marginalized.
• Transparent Governance: Fully implement e-governance systems to provide services to the public swiftly and transparently.
